Tips and Tricks Part 2!
2. Optimize
An overcrowded house does not look good at selling time. Not only should you declutter, while you are decluttering you should also optimize your home’s space. Keep a few pieces of key furniture that you really like, while the rest go into storage. If you need help deciding which pieces are the best, we can help you decide or recommend a stager to you.
3. Organize
Before you leave for work or when you have a showing, your home should be organized. This means the beds in all bedrooms should be made, all the clothes are put away, if you have a child, their rooms should be cleaned up from their toys, nothing on the kitchen counters, and the toilet seats down and showers are clean. These are just a few things that you will have to remember when leaving. When Buyers come into your home they want to see the space and envision what they can do with it. Having unmade beds or a messy playroom distracts the Buyers from being able to see what they would do with the room.
