For more than 25 years, Brenda has been an integral figure in Ontario's real estate sector. Initially gaining management experience at legal and accounting offices and real estate brokerages, Brenda amassed valuable insights into the inner workings of the industry.

Transitioning to Human Resources in 1987, Brenda managed a workforce of up to 300 employees at a manufacturing facility in Oakville. Drawn back to her passion for real estate, in 2001 she embarked on a career as a Sales Representative.

Quickly establishing herself as a trusted professional, Brenda earned a reputation for delivering personalized and effective service to her clients. Beyond transactional success, she actively engaged in shaping the real estate landscape. Serving as a Director of the Realtors Association of Hamilton and Burlington (RAHB), Brenda contributed to both the Professional Standards and Professional Development Committees. Additionally, she was appointed to the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) Discipline and Appeals Committee.

Following 11 successful years with a large Canadian brokerage brand, Brenda moved to a new franchise in the Burlington area and, as Broker of Record and shareholder, she played a pivotal role in expanding the office to include over 175 agents. In 2018, she took the bold step of establishing her own brokerage in partnership with a local Ontario brand. This move allowed Brenda to foster a distinct culture centered on the core values of personal service and integrity that have defined her career.

In 2023 Brenda once again moved her team of agents to the Realty World franchise brand. Realty World is a well-respected international brand and, together with the corporate training and technology and the local philosophy of collaboration is building a brand worthy of note.
