Brenda has been a presence in Ontario’s real estate industry for over 25 years. She started out working in administrative roles for legal offices and real estate brokerages, building up an impressive knowledge of how the real estate world works behind the scenes.
In 1987 Brenda moved into Human Resources, with responsibility for up to 300 employees at a manufacturing facility in Oakville, until she decided to move back into the real estate world in 2001 as a Sales Representative.
Brenda very quickly developed a reputation for providing a highly personal and effective service to her clients. In addition to successfully helping her clients buy and sell real estate, Brenda also became involved in the Real Estate landscape. She served as a Director of the Realtors Association of Hamilton and Burlington (RAHB), and also served on both the Professional Standards Committee and Professional Development Committee.
In addition to local participation, Brenda was asked to serve on the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) Discipline and Appeals Committee, a role she continues to this day.
After successfully working with Royal LePage for 11 years, Brenda became one of the founding partners in Keller Williams in Burlington in 2012, helping to grow the new franchise to over 175 agents.
In 2018, Brenda took the next step of opening her own Office, this time partnering with Davenport Realty. Working with this new brokerage brand has allowed Brenda to create a unique environment, focused on the same values of personal service and honesty that have driven her own highly successful career.

Bringing 25 years of business and customer service experience, Kris combines professionalism, hard work, and active listening when assisting new and experienced home owners. Having lived and raised her children in both Burlington and Waterdown, Kris has a passion for and an understanding of these beautiful communities. Victoria moved into the Real Estate world in 2014, after spending 5 years working in the restaurant industry, rising to managerial level. Starting as a front desk representative, Victoria rapidly moved into a key administration role for a large brokerage. In 2016 she successfully completed her Real Estate exams to become a licensed Sales Representative. Since then Victoria has continued to advance her career on the administrative side of the industry, joining Davenport Realty, Burlington in 2018 as Director of Client Care and Agent Services. Alongside her administration career, Victoria has developed a reputation as a dedicated Sales Representative who mainly works through referrals and specializes in helping people find their forever home. Kevin completed his degree in Philosophy at McMaster University, before spending two years completing his Masters in the UK. Throughout his education Kevin worked for Sheridan College as a maintenance officer, including summers spent renovating hotel accommodation into student accommodation. During that time Kevin started to get increasingly interested in Real Estate, and after completing his masters, Kevin started working as an inside sales officer for a major brokerage, and then went on to take his real estate exams. Kevin joined Davenport Realty in 2018. Kevin works predominantly in Hamilton-Burlington and the surrounding areas, and is particularly knowledgeable about the St Catherines/Niagara region where he lives. The part of Real Estate that Kevin loves most is helping people find the perfect home for them.
Kevin obtained a BA in Economics while attending McMaster University. He has lived and worked in the Hamilton/Burlington area for the past 30 years. Learning the best places to live in the area. Prior to moving to Canada in 2018, Pooja has an experience as a Real Estate Marketing Professional with over 5 years of expertise in handling commercial real estate transactions for one of India's property developers, and she is now transitioning into Residential Sales.
Diligent and proactive with proven record of teamwork, customer service, and negotiation skills, Pooja is aiming to leverage her abilities to successfully help real estate investors fulfill their dreams.
